Elias
One of the two creatures that Jane saw attack Krystal Garner in her vision in Moth Park[2]. Jane tracked him down in Ashton Park and attempted to make him and Rose feel guilty for what happened. Elias didn't buy it, said she did not have the whole story or understand how things were. Things deteriorated when Jane opened a Pathway and fled, mocking the two as she went.[3]
