Following the incident with a would-be assassin, Morris was moved to another hospital as a precautions against any other such visits. Budget shortages in the 7th Precinct meant

- Diana Graves - talked her way into the AL hideout and caused chaos.

- 'Big' Jimmy Martin - concerned by the kidnapping, reaching out to contacts to find Morris' family and those responsible.
