William Sandoval was a teacher who worked at several educational institutions in Blackmouth in the late 2000s. He taught English at Blackmouth Metropolitan Community College's Lennox campus in north Blackmouth, as well as teaching remedial courses at several communtiy centres around the city. He has been missing since the start of 2009 [1].
Description
Sandoval is a weather-worn man in his fifties with a greying beard and receeding hair and the tired, haunted eyes of someone who has been ground down by life.
