Alan Coleman is the CEO of Greyburn Enterprises, an innocuous property management company that lies at the heart of the Ormwood Development Project, and known as the head of the project itself. He is known well enough locally that his opinion is occasionally sought by local news, most recently after the fire that destroyed a historic bar [1].
He started taking note of Diana Graves after she completed the Willowgate closure well ahead of schedule [2], and invited Condor Acquisitions into the Ormwood Development family after her impressive acquisition of properties in Presidents Row [3].
Description
Coleman is a congenial-looking older man, his face creased by many easy smiles that never quite reach his eyes. He dresses well, favouring dark suits that show their worth with perfect tailoring, but eschews ties except on special occasions.
Personality
Temperance and Greed. Coleman is a careful and canny customer, well-practiced at the social manoeuvring of the business world. He makes a point of being approachable, listening to and remembering people, but only follows advice when it suits him. He prefers careful steps to foolish haste and always plans several steps ahead before taking any risk.

- Diana suspects that Coleman answers to someone else, but she does not know who. All the paper trails within Ormwood Development lead back to Coleman, but her supernatural perceptions revealed subtle strings guiding his movements.
