The Blackmouth Police Department (BCPD), officially the Blackmouth City Police Department, is the primary municipal law enforcement agency within the city of Blackmouth. The department is chronically underfunded and understaffed, and has had a reputation for corruption, misconduct, and police brutality since its first established in the mid 19th century.
