Attainments

  • Counterspell (Life, Matter, Spirit): Can counter a spell that uses one of the selected arcana while it is being cast.
  • Improved Pattern Restoration: Can heal his own wounds more efficiently with mana; requiring 1 Mana per level of Bashing damage, or 2 Mana per level of Lethal. In addition, his derived traits are not reduced when he Scours any of his Physical Attributes.
  • Mage Armour (Life, Spirit) Spend 1 mana as a reflexive action to gain the benefits of a Mage Armour for a scene. Remains active even if she falls unconscious. Can only benefit from one armour at a time, but can change between arcana by spending 1 mana as a reflexive action.
    • Life Armour: Add (Life/2, rounded up) to Defence and as general Armour. In addition, use the higher of Wits or Defence to determine Defence.
    • Space Armour: Downgrade all Lethal damage from kinetic attacks and attacks from ephemeral entities to Bashing damage.
  • Spirit Eyes: Detects Spirits and spiritual Twilight phenomena with Peripheral Mage Sight, and can automatically see Spirits and projecting beings in Twilight with Mage Sight (attempts to hide with supernatural means provoke a clash of wills). Can spend 1 mana to interact with Spirits for a scene, enabling him to speak with, touch or even strike them, though becomes vulnerable to such from them as well.
  • Targeted Summoning (Mind): Can spend 1 mana when summoning a Supernal being to add greater specificity in the type of being sought.

Rotes

  • Craftsman's Eye (Knowing Matter; Science): Gain complete understanding of an object's intended function, including whether it has no function and the nature of anything that is preventing it from fulfilling its intended function.
    • +1 Reach: Learn also how to use the object, gaining 8-Again with all actions using the studied object for its intended purpose.
    • +2 Reach: As above, and learn all possible uses for the object.
    • Add Fate 1: Instead of the usual effects, locate any object that might help with a particular task chosen when casting.
  • Honing the Form (Perfecting Life; Athletics): Increase one of the subject's Physical Attributes by Potency
    • +1 Reach: Can increase an additional Attribute per additional Reach, spreading Potency between these skills.
    • +1 Reach, costs 1 mana: Can increase the subject's Attributes above the normal maximum.
  • Knit (Perfecting life; Medicine): Heal 2 levels of Bashing damage per Potency
    • +1 Reach: Instead, heal 1 level of Lethal damage per Potency.
    • +1 Reach: Heal Personal Tilts (eg. Arm Wrack).
    • +1 Reach: Heal damage done by deprivation, recuperate the subject as if fully fed and hydrated.
    • +1 Reach: Grant the subject the effects of a full night's rest, including Willpower recovery.
