Also known as the ''PR Patriots'', ''Row Boys'' or the ''Dead Presidents'', the Patriots happeared in the wake of the fall of the Jefferson Boys, a peckerwood gang that terrorised the Row through most of the '00s, filling the vacuum left in the Row by their untimely demise.
