Jacob Ramsey was a homeless man who stayed in the vicinity of Merritt in the late 2000s. He was a drug addict, suspected of being an informant to the BCPD, and a friend and confidant of Atlas. On the evening before his death, he enlisted her assistance to scam opiods from Felicity Memorial Hospital [1]. Later that night he attacked Ethan Clarke on the street, who was rescued by Atlas and two passers by - Jerome Gévoudan and Michael O'Connell. After sustaining several injuries, Jacob fled into an abandoned goodwill store. His corpse was later found in an unnaturally contorted state [2].
