Jacob Ramsey was a homeless man who stayed in the vicinity of Merritt in the late 2000s. He was a drug addict, suspected of being an informant to the BCPD, and friend and confidant of Anabell McCullogh. On the evening before his death, he enlisted her assistance to scam opiods from Felicity Memorial Hospital [1]. Later that night he attacked Ethan Clarke on the street, who was rescued by Anabell and two passers by - Jerome Gévoudan and Michael O'Connell. After sustaining several injuries, Jacob fled into an abandoned goodwill store. His corpse was later found in an unnaturally contorted state [2].
