- Kenneth Garcia: Hispanic vampire at Lane's court. Outwardly pleasant, himself above the doings of the court.
- Krystal Garner Cagey college student who sought self-defence lessons from Morris.
- Victor Grant: Capacious African-American vampire at Lane's Court. Has interests in Kingston and Yardley. Hates the Aryan Legion, was amused at Morris' violence done to them.
- Jayden Green: Upbeat queer guy working for Five Circle Cargo.[4]

- Lucille McGrath: Former owner of Lucy's bakery. Lovely old dear, knew Peters as Jacob, has known him for years.
- Mel: Inquisitive mage. Apprentice of Suleiman. Investigated oddness at Willowgate Arcade, was there for the Childrens' Homecoming.

- Tom Samuels: Former owner of T Samuels Gardens. Athletic older man, carved trees in wood and sold in his shop, including images of The Tree and Moth Park's Old Sycamore.
- Leo Sharp: Opioid addict who caused trouble in Stanton General. Escorted from the premises and beaten by Morris.

- Nathaniel Slocum: Deceased local businessman and philanthropist. A foundation from his will was an angel investor in Condor Acquisitions. Involved in the incident with the Tree in the 80s.
- Theodore Slocum: Local businessman, inheritor of his Uncle Nathaniel's empire. The source of the money behind Ormwood Development.[3]
- Fred Spears: Ex-custodian of Willowgate Arcade. Resilient, southern, African-American, no fucks to give.[2]
- Layla Spenser: Congenial older woman, part of the protests against the demolition of Willowgate. Knew about the Tree, was involved in the incident in the 80s.[2]
- Suleiman: Stern older mage, master of Mel. Has architectural Interests. Wishes to know about what is going on in Ormwood.[4]

- Tanglewood: Spirit entity allied with Rose and Elias.
- Hank Torres: Foreman of the ODL crew working Willowgate Arcade before and during demolition. Wounded by the Tree but finanical troubles forced him to keep working.
