The Storm Lords (Iminir in the First Tongue, lit. "rulers of the storm") are one of the five Tribes of the Moon.

Storm Lords in Blackmouth
There has never been a focal point to the Iminir of Blackmouth, as each alpha or would-be alpha attempts to carve their own domination out of the fractious city. A large contingent of the Lightning Chains pack and outlaw motorcycle club are Storm Lords, but their power and influence is limited to the roads of New England.
Notable members of the tribe who have appeared in chronicles set in Blackmouth include:
- Baishan Kensas, alpha of the Lightning Chains, friend and ally of Neil McCracken and would-be kingpin of the roads.
